Re-Balancing Your Relationship with Food

A mindfulness-based/solution-focused group for adults with binge eating issues
Do you feel unbalanced in your relationship with food?
Do you experience episodes of “out of control, hyper-eating”?
Are you ready to make lasting, incremental changes?
In this group, you will: Learn to understand and appreciate your relationship with food.

  • Cultivate a basic mindfulness approach to eating and nourishment, in order to go beyond the trap of hopelessness, self-defeating habits, and broken resolutions.
  • Learn specific tools keyed to your particular emotional and habitual triggers.
  • Apply pattern interruption methods, self-hypnosis, and other tools to reinforce your commitment to a more
    satisfying way of life.

In order to benefit from this approach, a minimum of six sessions is necessary.

  • Tuesdays, 5:00-6:30

$280 for six weeks paid in advance.

Stress Management Workshop

In these difficult and uncertain times, it’s especially important to effectively manage your anxiety and stress. Self-hypnosis has been found to be helpful for relaxation, building self-esteem, aiding in sleep, and reducing anxiety. In this 2-hour course, you will learn and practice
several simple techniques that can help you to manage work and home stresses.

$65 for early registration, $70 on day of class
